The landscape design of this corporate terrace aims to meld the clean aesthetics of modern design with the iconic architecture of this Chelsea building. The ability to locate the lighting elements within the structure of the planters allowed for the generation of a functional spatial design which complements the sleek aesthetics of the interior architecture. Two large teak tables are placed to accommodate for outdoor meetings and breaks, a conversational seating area provides a more comfortable options as well as two chaise lounges for the ultimate rest; this design services multiple requirements being used for both business and social events, day and night. The containers are planted full of color, dwarf trees provide a bit of shade and rectangle planters are designated for vegetable and herbs for occupant use. Two areas of sedum carpet green roof are installed on either end of the terrace for both rainwater absorption and provide visual interest.
